Refund Policy

Vouchers are eligible for a full refund in sats within 7 days of purchase if unredeemed. After 7 days, the promotional value remains usable until expiration.

If your Lightning payment was deducted but no voucher was issued, contact support with the payment hash and we'll resolve it within 24 hours.

If a merchant refuses to honor a valid voucher, we'll refund you in full and pursue the merchant directly.
